If your school chooses NOT to allow this feature, students will still have access to other features such as iSignatures and the message board, but will only have access to view content added by the yearbook staff. Allowing students the opportunity to contribute to the iYearbook digital yearbook may seem like a lot of extra work, but it really isn't. iSignatures are not monitored because they can only be viewed by the person to whom they are sent.How will you keep students from sharing passwords?
We have built an ip tracker in the system. If a student shares their password with other students, we will be notified that their account has duplicate logins. The first instance the student will be issued a warning. Any further infractions will be cause to disable that student's account.Who collects the money for the accounts?
Students access and pay for their accounts directly through iYearbook. When a user pays, they will be given instant access.Can students sign an iYearbook digital yearbook?
Yes. iSignatures work a little different, but the concept is the same. Any student, regardless of whether they purchase an iYearbook digital yearbook or not, can sign other users yearbooks. That message will only be visible to the student that received the message. The great part is that even if a student doesn't purchase an iYearbook digital yearbook right away, they can still have their iYearbook digital yearbook signed. Those signatures will be waiting for them to pay the access fee. Any message can be deleted by the recipient.What happens if iYearbook Inc. goes out of business?
We plan on hosting iYearbook digital yearbooks forever, but if we happen to lose that capability, schools and students will be able to create a pdf of the entire yearbook.What if I have ideas that would improve iYearbook digital yearbooks?

No. The information contained within the iYearbook digital yearbook is classified as directory information and can be hosted online. We keep all information in the iYearbook digital yearbook secure, password protected, and available only to students from that school at that time. No one else will be permitted to view the iYearbook digital yearbook unless the school purchases a public license and chooses to make the information public.Can parents and/or friends leave a special message for their child?
Yes. Parents and friends can leave messages if the yearbook adviser wants to allow it. The person that creates the message can choose whether that message is public to anyone viewing the iYearbook digital yearbook, or private for just the student for whom they leave it.Can we create custom iYearbook digital yearbook pages?
Yes, we have simplified this process so anyone can have a custom page. You do not need to know any kind of coding.Do iYearbook digital yearbooks have a curriculum?
Yearbook advisers already have alot on their plate. We want iYearbook digital yearbooks to interfere as little as possible. We may create a curriculum in web page design in the future, but we currently are not pursuing this option.Who do we contact if we have a problem or need anything?
The schools will always contact their account manager. Any issue that needs to be escalated further will be escalated to iYearbook Inc. by the account manager. Schools will also be given contact information for iYearbook Inc.'s quality control in their welcome packet. If a school feels uncomfortable with their account manager or has an issue about the account manager, they can call the quality control number to speak with someone else.Do students need to purchase each year's iYearbook digital yearbook separately?
Yes. Much like a print yearbook, a student will need to purchase a new version of the iYearbook digital yearbook each year. They will have indefinite access to the version they purchase.Can parents login to see the iYearbook digital yearbook?
Yes, but they will have to do it using their student's password. We may offer a future option that allows parents to access only their student's portion of the iYearbook.
